Suryabhedi Pranayama & Jalandhara Bandha
You should be Sit comfortably in any asana like Padamasana or Sukhasana with erect spine. Close your eyes. Close the left nostrils with your right and little fingers. Inhale slowly through the right nostril as long as you can, without making any sound. Close both the nostrils with your fingers and retain the breath firmly by pressing your chin against the chest. This is known as (jalandhara bandha). Try to hold your breath till the perspiration oozes from the roots of the body hairs. Heat is produced in the first instant, but try to increase the time for holding your breath. You will get success.
