Vastu Architecture Rules to construct a Factory or Industrial Plant :

1. The Factory plot should be purchased , where the high rise buildings, hills, big trees, rocks, are not situated in North- East zone and deep pits, ponds, river is not situated on South-West zone. Its not auspicious for factory and it will close down due to various reasons.
2. The plot for factory should be purchased a ractangular or square shape and angle should be in 90 degree each, if due to some causes its not possible  then you should not be purchased in any conditioned  which plot’s North-East corner is short or cut or unshaped , its very unauspicious for owners and factory will close down in short period due unknown problems and fall financial loss.
3. The factory plot’s slope should be in North-East side or zone and high in South West side or zone, its very auspicious and very fruitful for owners.
4. More open space should be left in North-East side or North, and East side in the factory’s plot and more construction should be done in South-West zone  and its height should be more or slope towards North-East side, its give auspicious results.
5. Main entrance Gate of the factory should be  built in left hand side of the South and East facing plots and right hand side of the North and West facing plot of the factory, it auspicious results.
6. Door or Main Gate obstacles or Vedh(like a big  trees , pole,column, open drain, and edgecorner of other building  in front of the main gate) are not auspicious, if these all obstacle are situated on other side of the road or double distance of our factory building height are not door Vedh or unauspicious for our building of factory.
7. The Basement or celler should be constructed in East and North side of the building and not more than the half size of the building size. Construction of basement against Vastu brings many problems and the factory could be closed.
8. Never construct factory on “T” and “V” junction. Workers of the factory always suffer from health related problems and get tension.
9. The main entrance door or Gate should be construct in big size and open in a clear area or passage in any side.
10. Under ground water sources like Water tank, well, Boring  should be built in North-East zone in the factory, its good for financial conditions.
11. Any other type of under ground tank like petrol , diesel tank, chemical tank, Acid tank, or other should be also built in North-East zone of the factory.
12. The generator, boiler and all other electrical appliances should be kept in the
    South-East zone of the factory.
13. The heaviest machine should be installed in South-West zone and which machines are not working condition are should be kept in North-East zone of the factory.
14. Store room of waste material should be kept in South-West zone of the factory.
15. Store room for finished goods should be kept in North-West zone of the factory, and the products will sold out fast if the finished good delivery is done from the North direction’s door of the factory.
16. The staircase should be built or kept in South or West direction in the clock wise manners.
17. All type of drainage from the factory should be flow or come out from the North- East direction in the factory.
18. Labour quarter for residence should be built in the North-East zone in the factory, and common toilet should be built in the central North direction.
19. Parking for vehicle for workers should be arranged in the West direction in the factory.
20. The main office and administrator’s office should be built or kept in West or North-West zone in the factory.
21. Overhead water tank should be built in the North-West zone in the factory.
22. The temple or pooja room should be built in North-East zone in the factory, and small plant , garden, lawn should be develop in the North or East zone in the factory because its very auspicious for workers and owners.
23. All machines should be installed in the South-West zone to West direction in sequence like heavy machine to light machine in the factory, where heavy machines should be kept or installed in South-West zone and light weight machine should be installed or kept on West direstion in the factory.
24. Unused or closed machinery should not be kept in the factory in long time becauseits create negative energy and obstructions in the progress.
25. Red colour flowers or painting or red lighting bulb should be kept on the entrance main gate’s opposite wall’s central portion in the hall of the factory, its very auspicious for fortune and fame according to Vastu and Fengsui.
26. Administrator, owner, staff of factory should not sit with their back towards entrance door because this type of sitting arrangement increases the possibilities of cheating and fraud with factory.
27. Any water tap should not be leaking in the factory because its not good for wealth and money will go waste and flow like leaking water in the factory.
28. Owner of the factory should be sit in East facing or North facing in the factory.
29. Fresh flowers should be kept in the owner’s office or administrator’s office because they increase heappiness fortune and fame .
