Location of well/boring or underground Water tank in plot :

Well/boring or underground Water tank should be in East part North part or north east angle part of the plot, its auspicious for residents of house.
Well/Boring or underground tank should not be digging in the north west part(Wayavya angle), South west part (nairatya angle), South east part (agneya angle), South direction and West direction in the plot, because its not good and auspicious for residents.
We should take some precautions to dig or made a well/Boring or underground water tank in the plot :
1.The well/Boring or underground water tank should be dig or built in north and East or north East part of the plot is good .
2. If you dig a well in the north direction than you should dig little bit towards the east direction of the plot.
3. The well/boring or water tank should be in North east direction of plot.
4. When well/boring or water tank dug up in the North west and South east angle, then residents suffer from illness, poverty, tension and enemies.
5. Well/boring or Water tank should not be made or dig in the middle of plot, its not better for residents and sign of quarrel in them.
Construction of Underground Basement or celler in the plot or house :
There is not good to construct a basement or celler in the house or plot according to Vastu shastra or Vedic architecture.
1.if it is very neccessary to built a basement or celler in the house or plot , then it should be built in North East side of the plot in maximum size of half( 1/2) portion of the plot .
2. Basement or celler should be built in north east side, its good and auspicious for resident.
3. Basement or celler should not be built in the middle part of the plot, its not good for resident of
plot.
4. Basement or celler should not be built in all part equal part of the plot size. Because its not good.
According to Vastu shastra or Vedic architecture and my opinion that Basement or celler should be avoid to built in the hpouse or plot, because its very mysterious and inauspicious.
Position of different areas in the plot or house according to Vastu shastra :
Temple or Worship room : North East angle side of the plot.
Kitchen : South east angle side of the plot.
Bathroom : East side of plots
Toilet : West side, North west side,South west in plot.
Bedroom : South side of the plot.
Dinning room : West side of plot.
Study room : Between of West and West-South part of the plot.
Store room of Kitchen : Between of East and East-South part of the
plot.
Store room or granery : North- West angle side of the plot.
Animal or Pet’s room : North-West angle side of the plot.
Locker room or tressury : North side of the plot.
Machinery, generator,Arms, Makeup room : South-West angle side of the plot.
Gym of exercise room : Between West and West-North angle part of
the plot.
Other bedroom or Sleeping room : between East and East – North angle side of
the plot.
Child room : between North and North-West angle side of
the plot.
