Effects of any angle’s slope in house :

1. If the slope of plot or land is in East direction , its very prosperious and profitable ,
because Laxmi or money lives there.
2. If the slope of plot or land is in South-East or agni angle direction, its very bad and
gives grief to residents of house.
3. If the slope of plot or land is in South direction , its very bad and spells death to
residents of the house.
4. If the slope of plot or land is in South- West or nairatya angle direction, its also bad
and give fear to residents of house.
5. If the slope of plot or land is in West direction , its give quarrel in the resident of
house.
6. If the slope of plot or land is in North -west or Wayavya angle direction, its gives
also death.
7. If the slope of plot or land is in North direction , its good and develop or increase
family.
8. If the slope of plot or land is in North-East or Ishan angle direction , its very best
and gives Gem and jewellery for residents.A building or house should be made in ratio of height and breadth, its very good for residents or house .
We should be take ratio to built house according to Vastu or Vedic architecture and Vastu expert, the Vedas , it is five types ratio are auspicious for residents or house are given below :
1. We should take ratio 1 : 1 height : breadth, its good and peace full house . Its
called Shantika.
2. In this house height should be 1.25 times than breadth or ratio 1.25 :1 height and
breadth , its very fruitfull and comfortable house for residents. Its called Paustika.
3. In this house height should be 1.5 times than breadth or its ratio is 1.5:1 height and
breadth. Its very enjoy full and give happiness for residents of house. Its called Jayada.
4. In this house height should be 1.75 times of its breadth or ratio is 1.75 : 1 height
and breadth. Its very auspicious and complete house for residents. Its called
Sarvakamika.
5. In this house height should be 2 time of its breath or ratio is 2:1 height and breadth,
if height is double of its breadth ,its very auspicious, lucky and amazing house for
residents. Its called Adbhut.
There are some important considerations in architecture like base, column, piller,
beam ,structure, wing, roof, dome are related with astrological consideration like aaya,
vyaya, rksa, yoni, vara, tithi, and ansa.
According to Vastu expert Aaya is eight types are given below :
1. Dhwajaya :Its like Auspicious to build home
2. Dhumraya : Its like inauspicious to build home
3. Singhaya : Its like Auspicious to build home
4. Shwanaya :Its like Inauspicious to build home
5. Vrashabhaya :Its like Auspicious to build home
6. Kharaya :Its like Inauspicious to build home
7. Gajaya :Its like Auspicious to build home
8. Kakaya :Its like Inauspicious to build home
Auspicious for house : Dhwajaya, Singhaya , Vrashabhaya, Gajaya.
Inauspicious for House : Dhumraya, Shwanaya , Kharaya, Kakaya.
To find aaya we should do some calculation like, Area (length * breadth)*9/8 than if ballance will remain 1 the aaya is Dhwajaya, and balance will remain 2 than aaya is Dhumraya , balance remain 3 than aaya is singhaya , and balance is 4 than aaya is shwanaya, and balance remain 5 than aaya is Vrashabhaya, balance remain 6 than aaya is Kharaya, balance remain 7 than aaya is Gajaya, balance remain 8 than aaya is Kakaya.
Main gate of house should be facing according to owner’s or person’s signs or rashi :
Aries (mesha), leo (simha), Saggitatius(dhanu) —— East facing
Taurus(Vrisha), virgo(kanya),Capricorn(Makara) —— South facing
Gemini( Mithun), Libra(Tula), Aquarius(Kumbha) ——- West facing
Cancer(Karka), Scorpio(Vrischiks), Pisces(meen) ——– North facing
According to this we seem to not possible to facing of as above due to change of ownership in future, if a person will be sold house than ownership will change and new owner is not same sign or rashi than above facing according to rashi or sign concept will failed than how can we follow above rules in modern era.
Auspicious period or Muhurat to laid foundation or base of house :
if combination is day, tithi, and month is better for foundation is given below :
Auspicious day : Monday , Wednusday , Thursday , Friday.
Auspicious Tithi : Dwitiya , Panchami , Saptami , Navami , Ekadashi , Trayodashi , in
Shukla Paksha .
Auspicious Month : Vaishakha (april – May), Magh (january- February) , Falguna (
February – march).
Above day , tithi, months are auspicious for laid foundation or start to construct a building, but we advise you to consult for better muhurat to pandit or Jyotishi, Astrologers etc.
