Kinnara :

Kinnara meaning cwhat men’ are mythical beings with the form of a man and the head of a horse . It also refers to bad or deformed men . They are celestial choristers and musicians, dwelling in the paradise of Kubera on Kailasha . They sprang from the toe of Brahma with the Yakshas, but according to others, they are the sons of Kashyapa . The lute of Chandala , which was a kind of musical instrument was also named Kinnara . More others name of kinnara as: Ashwa mukhas, Turanga Vaktras, Horse faced and Mayus .
